- 250 gr of fillet ayam.
- of Bumbu marinasi.
- 1 sdt of saos tiram.

- 1/2 sdt of bubuk b.putih.

- 6 sdm of terigu serbaguna.
- of Mushroom saos.
- 1 buah of b.bombay.
- 5 of sium b.putih cincang.
- 1/4 sdt of lada hitam.
- 1/4 sdt of garam.
- 200 ml of susu UHT.
- 75-100 gr of keju.
- 1/4 sdt of kaldu jamur.
- 100 gr of jamur.
- 50 gr of ayam cincang.
- 1 sdm of mentega.
- 1/4 sdt of gula pasir.
Langkah Membuat Crispy chicken steak with mushroom sauce
- Pptong fillet ayam menjadi 3 bagian, cuci bersih dan campir dengan bumbu marinasi. Diamkan sekitar 30-45mnt agar bumbu meresap.
- Sembari menunggu, buat bahan saus dulu. Cincang kasar b.putih, lalu iris tipis b.bombay.
- Tumis hingga harum,dan sedikit kecoklatan. Lalu masukkan ayam cincang,tumis hingga ayam matang..
- Tambahkan merica,gula,garam,merica dan susu cair,masak hingga mendidih. Aduk2 terus ya. Lalu tambahkan jamur dan keju,masak hingga sedikit mengental. Koreksi rasa dan sisihkan.
- Campir adonan tepung, sisihkan. Setelah 30mnt, balur ayam ke adonan tepung, lalu celup lagi ke bimbu marinasi, balur lagi ke adonan tepung.
- Panaskan minyak,sampai benar2 panas....goreng ayam, masak dengan api kecil agar matang merata. Goreng hingga semua bagian kecoklatan. Angkat dan sisihkan.
- Sajikan ayam dengan saus mushrom dan sayur pelengkap,serta ssaus sambal.
