Bahan membuat Chicken katsu with steak sauce
- 500 gr of ayam fillet.
- Secukupnya of tepung panir.
- Secukupnya of tepung terigu.
- Secukupnya of air.
- Secukupnya of minyak goreng.
- 2 buah of jeruk nipis.
- Secukupnya of merica.
- Secukupnya of lada.
- Secukupnya of garam.
- of Bahan saus.
- 75 ml of saus tomat.
- 75 ml of saus sambal.
- Secukupnya of tepung maizena.
- Secukupnya of buncis.
- Secukupnya of wortel.
- Secukupnya of gula.
- Secukupnya of air.
- 2 buah of bawang merah.
- 1/2 of bawang bombai.
Langkah Membuat Chicken katsu with steak sauce
- Cuci ayam, kemudian beri merica, lada, garam, jeruk nipis & rendam selama 2 jam supaya bumbu meresap.
- Siapkan tepung terigu yg sudah diberi air & tepung panir.
- Setelah didiamkan 2 jam, celupkan ayam ke dalam tepung terigu yg sudah diairi, kemudian baluri dengan tepung panir.
- Goreng ayam dengan api kecil supaya matang. Kemudian angkat dan siram ayam dengan saus yg telah dibuat.
- Untuk membuat saus: tumis bawang merah & bawang bombai, setelah harum masukkan air secukupnya. Potong kecil-kecil wortel & buncis kemudian masukkan potongan wortel & buncis kedalam rebusan air yg tadi. Tunggu sampai wortel & buncis matang, setelah itu masukkan saus tomat & saus sambal, beri gula. Kemudian masukkan tepung maizena yg sudah dicampur air. Aduk2 sampai rata. Saus siap untuk disiramkan.
