Thank you God n Customer yg…» Pandan cake is a light, fluffy, green-coloured sponge cake ("kue"; of Indonesian origin) flavoured with the juices of Pandanus amaryllifolius leaves. It is also known as pandan chiffon. The cake is popular in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Sri Lanka.
Bahan membuat Marmer cake pandan
- 5 btr of telur.
- 125 gr of gula pasir.
- 150 gr of terigu.
- 15 gr of maizena.
- 5 gr of susu bubuk.
- 100 gr of margarin.
- 50 gr of minyak sayur.
- 1 sdt of sp / ovalet.
- 1 sdt of baking powder.
- 1 sdt of pasta pandan (klw suka coklat jg boleh).
Langkah Membuat Marmer cake pandan
- Lelehkan margarin jgn smp mendidih trs tambahkan minyak goreng.
- Di wadah lain masukkan telur,gula,sp aduk dengan kecepatan tinggi hingga putih mengembang.
- Lalu turunkan speed rendah masukkan terigu,maizena dan baking powder..aduk rata.
- Kemudian tuang margarin leleh yg d campur minyak goreng...aduk dengan spatula.
- Ambil sedikit adonan..tuang dgn pasta pandan.
- Lalu tuang adonan putih ke loyang terus adonan hijau bentuk sesuai selera.
- Pnggang selama 30 menit.
