Bahan membuat Marble Cake

  1. 8 buah of telur, pisahkan kuning & putihnya.
  2. 200 gr of margarine.
  3. 130 gr of butter.
  4. 200 gr of gula kastor.
  5. 180 gr of terigu protein rendah.
  6. 20 gr of susu bubuk.
  7. 2 sdm of cocoa powder.
  8. 1 sdm of pasta cokelat.

Langkah Membuat Marble Cake

  1. Mixer butter, margarine, gula kastor dan terigu sampai lembut.
  2. Masukkan kuning telur satu per satu. Mixer kembali.
  3. Mixer putih telur dalam wadah yang berbeda sampai agak kaku.
  4. Campurkan kocokan putih telur ke dalam adonan pertama perlahan2 & dengan arah memutar.
  5. Setelah tercampur rata, bagi adonan menjadi 2 bagian.
  6. 1 bagian beri pasta cokelat & cocoa powder. Aduk rata. 1 bagian lagi biarkan tanpa warna.
  7. Masukkan adonan tanpa warna & adonan cokelat ke dalam loyang.
  8. Buat corak menyerupai marmer dengan menggunakan garpu.
  9. Panggang di dalam oven bersuhu 180°c sampai kecokelatan (lamanya disesuaikan dengan oven masing2).
