Bahan membuat Pakchoy Beef champignon mushroom sauce
- of Daging sapi 200gr iris tipis tipis.
- 2 ikat of Pakchoy.
- 6 buah of Jamur champignon.
- 1/2 of Bawang bombay.
- 5 siung of Bawang putih.
- 1 sdm of Saus tiram.
- 1/2 sdt of Minyak wijen.
- 1 sdm of Mayzena.
- 1/2 gelas of air mateng.
- 1/2 sdt of kaldu jamur.
Langkah Membuat Pakchoy Beef champignon mushroom sauce
- Tumis potongan bawang bombay, sama bawang putih yg di cincang, ampe wangi..
- Masukin jamur, 1/2 gelas air mateng, saus tiram 1 sdm, minyak wijen 1 sdt, kaldu jamur 1/2 sdt, garem sejumput, gula 1 sdt, koreksi rasa..
- Siapin air mendidih d kompor sebelah, bukan kompor tetangga ya wkwkwk.
- Iris daging ala ala beef slice ga usah tipis tipis amat, potong pakchoy dari bagian bawah +\- 2cm, (buat dressing ntr yg mirip bunga ijo di poto itu).
- Rebus phakcoy, jangan kelamaan jga biar tetep fresh warnanya, pokonya keliatan udh lemes angkat dan tiriskan.
- Rebus irisan daging, jangan kelamaan, biar agak agak medium well teksturnya, kuahnya rebusannya sisain kira kira 3-5 sdm masukin ke tumisan jamur tadi..
- Tiriskan daging, masukin ke tumisan..
- Masukan ke dalam tumisan 1/2 sdm mayzena yg sudah di cairkan..
- Tumis tumis, sampe agak mengental..
- Sajikan pakchoy rebusan tadi di piring, lalu siram di atasny tumisan daging dan jamur..
- Selamat menikmati, jangan lupa berdoa dan bersyukur. :).
