Bahan membuat Fish n chip

1. 3 fillet of ikan dori.
2. of 3 siung bawa putih haluskan.
3. of 1 sdt garam.
4. of 1 sdt lada bubuk.
5. of 1 butir telur.
6. of 1/4 tepung terigu.
7. of 1 buah jeruk nipis atau lemon.

Langkah Membuat Fish n chip

1. Marinate ikan dori dengan bawang putih, garam, lada bubuk dan jeruk nipis atau lemon (hingga kurang lebih 30 menit).
2. Balurkan ikan dori ke telur yg sudah dikocok dan tepung terigu lalu ketelur lagi dan ke tepung terakhir di goreng hingga kecoklatan.
3. Jika sudah kecoklatan tiriskan dan hidangkan dengan kentang goreng. Fish n chip siap disantap.
