Langkah Membuat Fish & Chips

  1. Cuci bersih ikan salmon lalu lumuri dg air lemon dan sedikit garam, biarkan kurleb 5 mnt. Lalu bilas dg air bersih, tiriskan.
  2. Siapkan bumbu kering, campur semua bahan, aduk rata.
  3. Lumuri ikan dg tepung hingga rata, lalu lumuri dg telur yg sudah dikocok lepas, angkat tiriskan, gulingkan ikan ke dlm tepung bumbu lalu sisihkan. Ulang hingga ikan habis.
  4. Panaskan wajan yg sudah diberi minyak, goreng hingga kuning 3, angkat dan tiriskan.
  5. Potong kentang jd 4 bagian memanjang, lalu goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan, angkat dan tiriskan.
