  1. fillet of ikan dori.
  2. secukupnya of Kentang goreng.
  3. 1 butir of telur rebus.
  4. 2 sdt of susu kental manis putih.
  5. of Oregano.
  6. of Garam,lada bubuk.
  7. ukuran kecil of Tepung bumbu krispi.

Langkah Membuat Fish n chips

  1. Potong dori cuci bersih lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis diamkan 15 menit,lalu bagi 2 tepung bumbu 1 yg basah dan 1 lagi yang kering,masukan ikan dori ke bumbu basah sisihkan.
  2. Goreng kentang hingga matang.
  3. Potong2 telur rebus,Bombay lalu masukan mayonaise,skm,garam,lada,dan air perasan jeruk lemon aduk hingga rata,beri oregano cek rasa.
  4. Goreng ikan dori hingga matang dengan api kecil.
  5. Tata kentang goreng,ikan dori,lalu saus mayonaise nya,sajikan.
