Bahan membuat Fish and Chips with Saus Tartar
- 250 gr of Ikan Tuna.
- 1/2 buah of Jeruk Lemon.
- 2 siung of Bawang Putih.
- of Bumbu Balur ikan :.
- 4-8 sdm of Tepung Terigu.
- 3 sdm of Tepung Maizena.
- Secukupnya of Lada bubuk.
- 2 siung of Bawang Putih uleg.
- Secukupnya of Garam.
- 1 butir of Telur Ayam.
- of Saus Tartar :.
- 1/2 buah of Lemon.
- 2 sachet of Mayonaise @100gr.
- 1 butir of Telur Ayam rebus.
- Secukupnya of Lada bubuk.
- 1/2 siung of Bawang Bombay (aku ditumis bentar dg mentega).
Langkah Membuat Fish and Chips with Saus Tartar
- Cuci ikan tuna, potong kecil2 dan masukkan perasan air jeruk nipis supaya tidak amis tunggu sampai 15 menit lalu dicuci kembali. Setelah di cuci tambahkan bawang putih uleg.
- Balurkan ikan ke tepung basah, telur, lalu ke tepung kering. Tambahkan bawang putih uleg, lada, dan garam ke tepung kering. (Telur aku lupa foto).
- Goreng ikan dalam api kecil sampai kecoklatan lalu tiriskan.
- Campurkan semua bahan saus dan hancurkan telur, aduk rata tambahkan lada bubuk.
- Sajikan tuna dengan saus tartar dan sayuran 😊.
