- 1 btg of seledri iris halus.
- 1/2 sdt of baking powder.
Langkah Membuat Fish and Chips
- Buat long potato : campur semua bahan, koreksi rasa. Ratakan dan potong2 panjang. Goreng hingga kekuningan. Angkat, sisihkan.
- Lumuri fillet lele dg air jeruk nipis, garam dan lada. Marinasi 15 mnt.
- Buat larutan pencelup : aduk semua bahan pencelup dlm baskom, koreksi rasa. Siapkan di wadah yg lain tepung terigu secukupnya. Masukkan ikan yg telah dimarinasi ke dlm tepung terigu, masukkan ke adonan pencelup, goreng hingga kekuningan.
- Penyajian : tata di piring ikan dan kentang, beri potongan jeruk lemon dan mayonise atau saus sambal.
