Langkah Membuat Fish and Chips with Tartar Sauce

  1. Aduk telur dengan garam, lada, kaldu bubuk lalu masukkan dori ke telur yang sudah dibumbui, biarkan bumbu meresap kurleb 20 menit lalu goreng sampai matang.
  2. Potong kentang lalu campurkan dengan tepung maizena yang sudah dicampur lada dan garam, lalu goreng sampai matang.
  3. Untuk tartar sauce campurkan mayonaise dengan perasan lemon dan lada.
  4. Susun doru crispy, kentang, dan tartar sauce diatas piring lalu sajikan. Selamat mencobaaaa ! :).

Chill before serving to let the flavors marry. Remove and drain the fish on paper towels; season lightly with salt. Serve immediately with fried potatoes and tartar sauce.
