- Lumuri ikan dory dengan garam dan lada biarkan sejenak.
- Campurkan tepung dan semua bahan bubuk lainnya lalu bagi menjadi 40:60.
- Campurkan bahan yang lebih banyak dengan air soda sampai mendapat kekentalan yang cukup.
- Lalu baluri ikan dory dengan bahan kering lalu ke bahan basah, setelah itu goreng dengan minyak panas api sedang.
- Balik ikan dory setelah cukup ke coklatan, lalu angkat dan tiriskan.
- Untuk pasta, rebus penne pasta dengan sedikit garam dan olive oil masak hingga matang, lalu angkat.
- Panaskan butter, masukan bawang putih, bawang bombay dan jamur masak hingga wangi.
- Tambahkan krim masak, aduk hingga mendidih lalu masukan susu cair keju mozzarella dan keju cheddar.
- Tambahkan garam lada dan totole masak hingga mendidih lalu cek rasa, lalu simpan di tempat penyimpanan, sisanya bisa di masukan kulkas.
