- 1/2 of air perasan jeruk nipis.

- 3 sdm of tepung maizena.

- Gulingkan ikan ke tepung kering lalu tepung basah dan goreng hingga keemasan. Teman2 mendingan goreng ikannya pake teflon untuk mencegah lengket spt punya saya.
