Langkah Membuat Fish and Chips
- Lumuri ikan dori dengan garam, merica, jeruk nipis dan 2 siung bawang putih cincang. Sisihkan.
- Siapkan saus tartar. Campur semua bahan saus di mangkok. Cicipin koreksi rasa, tambahkan air lemon lagi bila suka lebih asam.
- Campurkan baking powder ke tepung terigu. Beri garam dan merica secukupnya. Tuang soda dingin sedikit demi sedikit sampai adonan agak mencair, bila ingin lapisan tepung nya tebal maka kentalkan..
- Keringkan dori dengan tissue dapur, gulingkan di tepung maizena lalu masukan di adonan basah. Goreng dalam minyak panas sampai kuning kecoklatan..
