Bahan membuat Zuppa Soup
- 1/2 bh of bombay, cacah.
- 3 of siun bawang putih, cincang.
- 2 sdm of butter.
- 2 sdm of terigu.
- 200 ml of air + kaldu jamur >> aduk.
- 500 ml of susi cair putih.
- Secukupnya of lada dan garam.
- 9 lbr of pusff pastry mini.
- 1 cup of mix vegetable beku.
- 1 of daging dada ayam, potong kecil².
- 1 of kuning telur utk olesan.
Langkah Membuat Zuppa Soup
- Siapkan bahan². Lalu Tumis bawang putih, bombai hg harum lau + potongan ayam masak hg berubah warna kmdn + mix vegetable beku nya, aduk rata.
- Lalu + terigu, aduk². Kmdn tuang air kaldu masak dan masukkan susu masak hg mengental lalu + bumbu lainnya, test rasa.
- Siapkan cup lalu tuang adonan isi 3/4 cup, tutup dg puff pastry, tekan² pinggirnya dg garpu lalu oles kuning telur, oven suhu 200 der el selama 15 menitan.
- Setelah matang angkat.
- Sajikan.
