Langkah Membuat Zuppa soup
- Siapkan bahan..
- Panaskan butter. Tumis bawang bombay sampai harum..
- Masukkan sosis, tumis sebentar. Note: kalo pake ayam, tumis agak lama sampe berubah warna. Masukkan tepung, aduk rata..
- Tuang kuah kaldu. Masukkan sayuran, dan bumbu: merica, pala, gula, garam dan parsley. masak sampai mendidih..
- Masukkan keju dan susu (atau cooking cream). Aduk rata, sampai semua matang. Cicipi..
- Pindahkan ke mangkuk saji, cakepnya pakai ukuran small-medium yg porsi 1 orang. Saya hanya punya 4. Jangan penuh2 nanti tumpah saat dipanggang.. sisanya dimakan langsung jg enak...
- Olesi pinggir mangkuk dengan air. Tutup dengan kulit puff pastry. Agak ditekan biar ngga lepas.
It's a soup made with Italian sausages, potatoes, chicken broth, veggies and spices. Of course, we add some heavy cream to it as well, to make it extra creamy and some kale to make it even better for you. You don't have to venture out to your favorite Italian restaurant to get this classic, decadently satisfying sausage and potato soup. This so-simple rendition is simmered to perfection in your own kitchen using the slow cooker. Heavy cream is the key to the rich, full-bodied broth--but if you wanted to lighten the soup up a bit, you can replace half of the heavy cream with half-and-half.
