It's so cold outside that I cringe every time I have to go out. Cold is something that doesn't go over well with me and I do whatever I can to stay warm. One taste and you're going to forget that sad chain restaurant stuff immediately.
Bahan membuat Zuppa soup
- of Puff pastry.
- 1/4 kg of ayam.
- 2 of wortel.
- 1 of jagung manis.
- 5 buah of jamur kancing.
- 2 sdm of tepung terigu.
- 500 ml of susu full cream.
- 1/2 of bawang bombay.
- 4 of bawang putih.
- of Lada hitam.
- of Garam.
- of Mentega.
- of Keju.
- 1 liter of air kaldu ayam.
- of Bumbu penyedap rasa ayam.
- of Kuning telur.
Langkah Membuat Zuppa soup
- Siapkan bahan bahan, lalu rebus ayam hingga empuk dengan 1 liter air agar mendapatkan air kaldu ayam.
- Potong ayam, wortel, jamur kancing menjadi dadu, serta sisir jagung.
- Cincang bawang putih dan bawang bombay.
- Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai harum.
- Masukkan air kaldu lalu masukkan wortel, jagung, ayam, jamur.
- Masukkan 2 sdm tepung terigu dan 500 ml susu full cream serta parutan keju.
- Aduk sampai mengental, beri garam, penyedap jamur, lada hitam, penyedap ayam.
- Masukkan soup ke dalam wadah atau cup aluminium.
- Tutup dengan puff pastry.
- Oles kuning telur ke atas puff pastry.
- Beri parutan keju.
- Oven hingga 20 menit.
- Sajikan selagi hangat.
