Langkah Membuat Zuppa Soup

  1. Tumis bawang Bombay, bawang putih sampai wangi.
  2. Masukan susu UHT, ayam fillet, dan jagung manis. masak hingga matang sambil terus diaduk.
  3. Masukan pala bubuk, gula, garam dan lada secukupnya.
  4. Beri cream anchor dan maizena yang sdh dilarutkan dengan air. Aduk sampai mengental. Angkat. Sisihkan.
  5. Semntara itu panaskan oven 180 derajat selama 20 menit..
  6. Siapkan puff pastry dan mangkuk alumunium foil. Isi dengan sup setengah nya saja. Beri bubuk oregano. Tutup dengan puff pastry. Olesi dengan kuning telur..
  7. Panggang 20 - 25 menit. Hingga puff pastry kliatang menguning..
  8. Angkat dan siap dinikmati 😋.
