  1. of Kulit puff pastry siap pakai,potong-potong sesuai mangkuk yang dipakai.
  2. 250 gr of fillet ayam potong dadu kecil.
  3. 5 buah of sosis ayam potong kecil (aku gak pake).
  4. 100 gr of jamur kancing kalengan iris tipis.
  5. 2 siung of bawang putih geprek dan cincang halus.
  6. 1 siung of bawang bombay cincang kasar.
  7. 1 liter of air.
  8. 125 ml of susu evaporated.
  9. Secukupnya of garam.
  10. Secukupnya of kaldu ayam bubuk.
  11. Secukupnya of merica bubuk.
  12. Secukupnya of gula pasir.
  13. 3 sdm of margarin.
  14. 5 sdm of tepung terigu.

Langkah Membuat Zuppa Soup

  1. Panaskan margarin,tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum dan layu,kecilkan api.Masukan terigu aduk rata hingga tercampur dengan tumisan.Tuang air sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk-aduk..
  2. Masukan ayam,masak hingga mendidih dan mengental dengan api sedang.Beri garam,kaldu ayam bubuk,garam,gula pasir.Masak sebentar sampai jamur matang.
  3. Masukan susu evaporated,Masak sambil diaduk-aduk agar susu tidak pecah.Matikan api,cicipi sesuaikan dengan selera.
  4. Panaskan oven 200°C.siapkan mangkuk (jangan sampai penuh).Tutup dengan kulit puff pastry.olesi dengan kuning telur.Panggang dalam oven hingga puff pastry mengembang dan renyah..Angkat dan sajikan..
