It's so cold outside that I cringe every time I have to go out. Cold is something that doesn't go over well with me and I do whatever I can to stay warm. One taste and you're going to forget that sad chain restaurant stuff immediately.
Bahan membuat Zuppa Soup
- 2 lembar of Puff Pastry (aku potong jadi 4).
- 2 siung of Bawang Putih.
- 1 buah of Wortel.
- 1/2 bungkus of Jamur Hokto (jamur lain boleh).
- 2 lembar of Smoked Beef.
- 2 sdm of Kaldu Jamur.
- 2 sdm of Garam.
- 2 sdt of Lada Putih.
- 500 ml of Susu Full Cream.
- 2 sdm of Tepung Terigu.
Langkah Membuat Zuppa Soup
- Potong kecil-kecil bawang putih, wortel, smoked beef dan jamur..
- Tumis bahan-bahan di langkah 1..
- Masukkan susu full cream dan tepung terigu (sesuaikan kekentalan). Beri bumbu kaldu jamur, garam dan lada putih. Koreksi rasa (ee tapi lagi puasa 🙈).
- Tuangkan soup sebanyak 3/4 dari mangkok. Tunggu soup agar menjadi suhu ruangan. Krn kalo lsg ditutup pastry, pastry nya akan mudah sobek..
- Olesi pinggiran mangkok dengan air, lalu tutup rapat dengan lembar pastry (lebihkan 2cm dari pinggir mangkok. Ini aku motong pastrynya ga simetris kotak tp persegi panjang). Olesi pastry dengan kuning telur.
- Panasi oven pada suhu 150 derajat selama 5 menit. Lalu masukkan zuppa soup ke oven, panggang dengan suhu yang sama selama 20 menit..
