Langkah Membuat Zuppa Soup
- Potong semua bahan soup. Wortel potong dadu dan jagung disisir (pritil)..
- Tumbuk bumbu-bumbu dan tumis hingga harum..
- Masukkan air + maizena..
- Masukkan sayur-sayuran..
- Tuang soup pada tempat yg akan dimasukkan pada oven..
- Campur tepung terigu, margarin, gula, dan garam..
- Tuang air es sedikit demi sedikit dan uleni sampai kalis..
- Gilas memanjang dan oles pakai korsvet..
- Lipat jadi 2. Gilas dan oles pakai korsvet..
- Lipat lagi jadi 2 (jd 1/4 bagian), gilas dan oles pakai korsvet..
- Letakkan kulit pastry di atas cup. Tabur parutan keju..
- Oven dengan suhu 200° selama 80 menit..
