- 250 gram of dada ayam fillet.
- 100 gram of jagung kaleng/fresh.
- 100 gram of jamur champignon.
- 250 ml of susu full cream.
- 750 ml of kaldu ayam/air.
- 50 gram of tepung terigu.
- 2 sdm of mentega.
- 1/2 buah of bawang bombay.
- 1/2 sdt of lada putih.
- 1/2 sdt of garam.
- 4 lembar of puff pastry.
- 1 butir of kuning telur.

- Potong potong cube dada ayam sisihkan, iris iris jamur sisihkan, chopped bawang bombay sisihkan.
- Panaskan margarin tumis bawang bombay hingga harum, masukkan dada ayam fillet, jamur aduk hingga rata tambhkan tepung terigu aduk hingga rata, tambahkan susu dan kaldu ayam masak ½ matang.
- Setelah mendidih masukkan jagung beri garam lada aduk rata rasakan jika kurang Rasa beri garam.
- Masukkan soup ke ramekin/ bowl tahan panas oleskan pinggiran bowl dengan air tutup dengan puff pastry beri garis garis ## oleskan kuning telur.
- Oven dengan suhu 180° selama 10 menit sampai puff pastry mengembang.
