Historically, most people in the Tuscan countryside would have used affordable seasonal vegetables and beans to make their Zuppa Toscana. Zuppa Toscana Soup that's Even Better than Olive Garden's! This soup is a regular in my home, it's one of my families favorites!
Bahan membuat Zupa Soup
- of Kulit Pastry.
- 1/4 of ayam (sesuai selera).
- 3 of sosis sapi.
- 2 buah of jagung manis.
- 2 buah of wortel, potong dadu.
- 500 ml of susu full cream.
- secukupnya of Garam.
- Secukupnya of lada.
- Secukupnya of keju.
- Secukupnya of bluband & minyak.
- of Tepung maizena 2 sdm, di larutkan dng sedikit air.
- Cup of alumunium foil.
Langkah Membuat Zupa Soup
- Cincang ayam jadi kecil kecil.
- Masukkan bluband & minyak, tumis bawang bombai smpi harum, lalu masukkan ayam aduk smpi berubah warna lalu masukkan sosis. Aduk merata..
- Tuangkan susu, keju, lalu jagung dan wortel. Masukkan Lada, garam. Koreksi rasa. Lalu masukkan maizena yg sdh di cairkan. Masak hingga mengental dan biarkan agak dingin..
- Panaskan oven dan siapkan wadah alumunium foil..
- Ambil kulit pastry. Pipihkan biar cepat matang dan mengembang.
- Masukkan soup dlm alumunium foil, tutup dng adonan puff pastry, olesi dmg kuning telur taburi di atasnya dnga daun parsley / keju parut ( pastikan soup tdk trrlu penuh, jika penuh akan meluap dan mengakibatkan pastry tdk mengembang scr sempurna..
- Panggang 10 - 15 menit smpi kulit mengembang & kecoklatan..
