Zuppa Soup It's so cold outside that I cringe every time I have to go out. Cold is something that doesn't go over well with me and I do whatever I can to stay warm. One taste and you're going to forget that sad chain restaurant stuff immediately.

Bahan membuat Zuppa Soup

  1. 1 lembar of kulit puff pastry (untuk 3 mangkuk).
  2. 2 siung of bawang putih.
  3. Secukupnya of bawang bombay.
  4. 1 sdt of lada bubuk.
  5. 1 sdt of garam.
  6. 1 sdt of penyedap jamur.
  7. 1 sdt of gula.
  8. 300 ml of susu uht.
  9. 2 sdm of terigu.
  10. 1 buah of sosis kanzler.
  11. Secukupnya of ayam fillet.
  12. 1 sdm of butter/margarin untuk menumis.
  13. 1 butir of telur pisahkan kuning dan putihnya.

Langkah Membuat Zuppa Soup

  1. Siapkan bahan2nya yaa cincang bawang putih dan bwng bombay.
  2. Panaskan wajan tambahkan margarin/butter tumis bawang bombay dan bwng putih hingga harum tambahkan ayam dan sosis masak hingga ayam berubah warna.
  3. Tambahkan terigu aduk cepat kemudian masukkan susu uht masak hingga soup mengental dan meletup matikan kompor sisihkan.
  4. Siapkan puff pastrynya potong lebihkan sedikit dr wadah yg akan digunakan, isi wadah dengan soup 3/4nya saja, olesi bagian bawah puff pastry dengan putih telur kemudian telungkupkan diatas wadah setelah itu oles dengan kuning telur.
  5. Panaskan oven suhu 150'c masukkan zuppa soupnya panggang hingga matang kurang lebih 30' sesuaikan dengan oven masing2 ya sampai bagian atas kuning keemasan baru angkat.
  6. Suguhkan selagi hangat.
