Zuppa Toscana Soup is made with sausage, potatoes, bacon (did someone say bacon?!), onion, chicken broth, kale, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese. It is so creamy and delicious and you won't want to stop at one bowl. This Zuppa Toscana Soup is absolutely perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner at home as the temperatures start to plummet.
Bahan membuat Zuppa Soup
- 2 lembar of puff pastry.
- 6 buah of jamur champignon.
- 1 buah of wortel (potong dadu, rebus sebentar).
- 3 buah of sosis (iris tipis).
- 400 ml of susu cair.
- 1/4 buah of bawang bombay.
- 2 siung of bawang putih.
- 2 sdm of margarin.
- 2 sdm of tepung terigu.
- 1 butir of kuning telur.
- 1/2 of garam.
- 1/2 of gula pasir.
- 1/2 of merica bubuk.
- Secukupnya of oregano (opsional).
Langkah Membuat Zuppa Soup
- Panaskan margarin, masukan bawang bombay, bawang putih tumis hingga harum setelah harum masukan wortel, sosis dan jamur champignon aduk".
- Lalu tambahkan 2 sdm tepung terigu aduk sebentar dan masukan susu cair secara perlahan aduk sampai kuah mengental, lalu beri garam gula dan merica, koreksi rasa.
- Siapkan puff pastry, potong puff pastry hingga melebihi ukuran cangkir, masukan soup kedalam cangkir lalu tutup dengan puff pastry lalu olesi kuning telur dan beri taburan oregano.
- Oven selama 20 menit dengan suhu 230°c, tergantung oven masing" yaa..

Heavy cream is the key to the rich, full-bodied broth--but if you wanted to lighten the soup up a bit, you can replace half of the heavy cream with half-and-half.
