- Tumis bawang putih dan bombay hingga harum dg mentega..

- Tuang sup ke wadah, kemudian tutup dg puff pastry. Tekan2 pinggirnya agar rapat..
- Olesi bagian atas puff pastry dg kuning telur yg sudah d campur dg minyak..
- Oven suhu 200°C api bawah. Selama kurlen 20menit atau hingga puff pastry berubah warna kecoklatan..
