Langkah Membuat Zuppa Soup Cream/Cream Zuppa
- Wortel, Kentang, Ayam potong dadu kecil2, jagung di pipihkan, Bawang Putih di cincang..
- Tumis bawang putih menggunakan mentega sampai harum, masukan ayam, wortel, kentang dan masukan air secukupnya masak hingga mpuk..
- Masukan larutan tepung terigu, maizena dan susu uht masak hingga setengah kental. Lalu beri garam, gula, kaldu jamur dan lada aduk hingga mengental. Cicipi rasanya jika sudah pas bisa sajikan dengan lanjut menggunakan Kulit Puff Pastry lalu di oven 10-15 menit atau bisa langsung dimakan selagi hangat.
