It's so cold outside that I cringe every time I have to go out. Cold is something that doesn't go over well with me and I do whatever I can to stay warm. One taste and you're going to forget that sad chain restaurant stuff immediately.
Bahan membuat Zuppa Soup
- of Kulit pastry instan.
- 500 ml of susu uht plain.
- 100 ml of air matang.
- 1 buah of wortel.
- 1 buah of jagung.
- 1 of bawang bombay.
- 4 siung of bawang putih.
- Secukupnya of sosis/ham.
- Secukupnya of tepung maizena.
- Secukupnya of garam.
- Secukupnya of kaldu jamur.
- of Bahan Olesan.
- 1 of kuning telur.
- Secukupnya of putih telur.
- Secukupnya of keju.
Langkah Membuat Zuppa Soup
- Siapkan bahan2.
- Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay yang sudah dicincang kecil hingga harum.
- Tambahkan jagung, wortel, sosis yang sudah direbus agar matang dan dipotong kecil2. Aduk rata.
- Pindahkan ke tempat yang lebih besar. Tambahkan susu. Kalau saya tambah sedikit air agak tidak terlalu creamy.
- Tambahkan sedikit maizena, dan kuah jangan terlalu kental. Aduk hingga merata.
- Tuang ke dalam gelas atau alumunium foil. Jangan plastik yaa. Isi gelas sekitar 3/4 jangan sampai penuh.
- Sebelumnya olesi pinggiran gelas dengan putih telur agar pastry rapat. Oles atas pastry dengan kuning telur dan taburi keju.
- Oven pada suhu 180-200 derajat sekitar 25 menit, hingga matang Kebetulan saya pakai otang.
