Bahan membuat Japanese Curry
- 2 bh of kentang,kupas dan potong sesuai selera.cuci.bersih.
- 1 bh of bawang Bombay iris besar.
- 4 siung of bawang putih,cincang halus.
- 75 gr of dada ayam(saya pakai fillet.potong dadu.cuci bersih.
- 1 sdt of lada putih.
- 1/2 sdt of garam.
- 1/2 sdt of gula pasir(disesuaikan).
- 350 ml of air putih.
- 50 gr of Curry seasoning(saya pakai kari bubuk desaku 1/2sachet).
- 1 sdm of maizena.
- Sedikit of parutan jahe.
- 1/4 sdt of lada hitam bubuk.
- 1 sdt of garam(disesuaikan).
- of Minyak untuk menumis.
Langkah Membuat Japanese Curry
- Didihkan air,kemudian masukan kentang rebus sampai empuk.sambil nunggu kentang empuk panaskan minyak tumis bawang Bombay dan bawang putih sampai harum masukan ayam,garam,ladaputih dan gula pasir masak sampai ayam empuk dan matang.
- Kemudian masukan rebusan kentang beserta airnya.masukan bubuk kari,ladahitam bubuk,garam dan parutan jahe.masak sampai air sedikit menyusut kemudian koreksi rasa.
- Bila rasa sudah pas baru masukan larutan maizena masak sampai mengental.matikan api.tuang dalam mangkuk.sajikan.
