- Masukan tepung maizena, aduk hingga rata, pastikan semua ayam terkena tepung.
- Panaskan minyak dengan api sedang, jika minyak sudah panas masukan ayam sebentar saja hingga berwarna kuning coklat muda, tiriskan.
- Setelah ayam dingin, panaskan kembali minyak dengan api sedang, goreng hingga kecoklatan, tiriskan, pindahkan ke piring sajikan.
