  6. 1 sdm of bawang putih bubuk.
  7. of Tepung roti/panir/panko.
  8. of Tepung terigu.
  9. of Telur lepas kocok.
  10. 2 sdm of kari bubuk.
  11. 4 siung of bawang putih, cincang.
  12. 250 ml of susu full cream / santan.
  13. 2 sdm of tepung terigu.
  14. 100 gr of mentega/margarin.
  15. 1/4 sdt of garam.

Langkah Membuat Chicken Katsu Curry Rice | Nasi Ayam Katsu Kari

  1. Fillet tipis ayam.
  2. Marinasi ayam menggunakan campuran saus tiram, kecap inggris, gula, lada hitam, dan bawang putih bubuk selama 30 menit.
  3. Balurkan ayam pada tepung terigu-lalu telur-lalu tepung roti. Tekan tekan supaya tepung ayam tidak buyar saat digoreng..
  4. Goreng sampai kuning kecoklatan.
  5. Tumis bawang putih cincang dengan margarin/mentega sampai harum.
  6. Masukkan 2sdm tepung dan bubuk kari lalu aduk sebentar.
  7. Masukkan susu/santan dan aduk hingga tidak ada gumpalan..
  8. Masukkan garam. Aduk kembali hingga mengental..
  9. Sajikan chicken katsu dengan nasi panas lalu siram saus kari di atasnya..
