  1. 2 pasang of dada fillet.
  2. 1 blok of keju moza.
  3. 1 buah of jeruk nipis.
  4. of Bahan marinasi:.
  5. 2 siung of bawang putih.
  6. 1/2 of scht penyedap.
  7. 5 sdm of air.
  8. of Bahan basah:.
  9. 10 sdm of tepung terigu.
  10. 1 pack of susu uht.
  11. 1/2 gelas of air.
  12. 1/2 sdt of garam.
  13. of Bahan kering:.
  14. 200 gr of tepung panir.
  15. 800 ml of minyak.

Langkah Membuat Chicken katsu mozarella🌯

  1. Siapkan bahan,slice daging ayam kucuri jeruk nipis,biarkan bbrp saat lalu cuci..
  2. Haluskan bahan marinasi(sy uleg)lalu rendam ayam kurleb 5 menit sisihkan,potong keju sesuai selera..
  3. Ambil lembaran ayam lalu gulung kejunya,sisihkan,campur bahan basah dgn kekentalan sedang,balur ayam,lalu gulingkan dlm tepung panir,masukan dlm freezer sekitar 5 menit,lalu kluarkan..
  4. Siapkan minyak agak banyak spy ayam tenggelam,matang merata,panaskan smp bnr2 panas,lalu kecilkan api,goreng ayam dgn sekali balik smp kuning& dirasa pas kematangannya(gunakan api kecil,goreng agak lama,spy matang sempurna & tdk gosong)sajikan dgn saos kesukaan🥰.
