Yakiniku is a marinated BBQ grilled beef recipe. My husband and I were first introduced to this delicious meal on our first visit to San Francisco's. Yakiniku donburi is a Japanese rice bowl dish of sauteed beef and vegetables served over a bed of rice and garnished with sesame seeds.
Bahan membuat Beef Yakiniku
- 400 gr of daging sapi.
- 1/2 of bawang bombay.
- 3 siung of bawang putih.
- 1 ruas of jahe iris.
- 2 sdm of saus tiram.
- 1 sdm of kecap inggris (gak pake gpp).
- 2 of sdm.kecap asin.
- 2 of sdm.kecap manis.
- 2 sdm of minyak wijen.
- sedikit of garam.
Langkah Membuat Beef Yakiniku
- Iris daging tipis2, lalu taburi dengan tepung kanji secukupnya, secara merata diamkan selama 15 menit, setelah itu cuci bersih dan tiriskan.
- Tuang kecap inggris, kecap manis, saus tiram, kecap asin, dan minyak wijen dan lada pd mangkuk lalu aduk rata, lalu masukkan daging pd mangkuk aduk rata agar bumbu saus meresap,kemudian bungkus dg plastik wrap atau beri tutup, dan simpan dikulkas marinasi selama 30 menit.
- Tumis bawang putih dan jahe, sampai harum, lalu ambil jahe singkirkan (kita hanya ambil aroma jahe saja) kemudian masukkan bawang bombay iris separuhnya saja, tumis sampai harum,.
- Kemudian masukkan daging yg sudah di marinasi, masak smpai berubah warna.
- Kemudian balik, masak kurang lebih 15 -20menit sampai bumbu meresap dan daging empuk, lalu masukkan sisa bawang bombay.
- Setelah bumbu meresap koreksi rasa dan kematangan daging, jika kurang asin bs ditambah kan garam.
- Setelah matang sajikan, beri taburan wijen sangrai,g pake pun gpp.
