- 500 gram of daging sapi tanpa lemak.
- 2 siung of Bawang Bombay.
- 4 buah of Cabe Besar (merah/hijau).
- Biji of wijen untuk taburan.

- 1 ruas of Jahe (parut halus).

Langkah Membuat Beef Teriyaki
- Bersihkan daging dan iris tipis memanjang kemudian hingga menyatu dengan bumbu marinade. Diamkan kurang lebih 1jam.
- Kupas Bawang bombay dan Cabe Besar hijau-merah, kemudian iris sesuai selera.
