Beef Yakiniku Yakiniku is a marinated BBQ grilled beef recipe. My husband and I were first introduced to this delicious meal on our first visit to San Francisco's. Yakiniku donburi is a Japanese rice bowl dish of sauteed beef and vegetables served over a bed of rice and garnished with sesame seeds.

Bahan membuat Beef Yakiniku

  1. 1/2 kg of daging sapi.
  2. 1 buah of bawang bombay.
  3. of Bumbu Marinasi.
  4. 4 siung of bawang putih.
  5. 1 ruas of jahe.
  6. 1 sdm of kecap inggris.
  7. 1 sdm of kecap asin.
  8. 1 sdm of saos tiram.
  9. 3 sdm of kecap manis.
  10. 2 sdm of minyak wijen.
  11. 1/2 sdt of garam.

Langkah Membuat Beef Yakiniku

  1. Potong daging setipis mungkin dan melawan serat biar tidak alot..
  2. Ulek bawang putih & jahe sampai halus. Kemudian pindahkan ke wadah dan tambahkan semua bumbu marinasi, aduk sampai rata..
  3. Masukkan daging yg sudah dipotong2 ke wadah bumbu marinasi, campur sampai rata kemudian diamkan di kulkas selama 1 jam..
  4. Setelah 1 jam, potong2 memanjang bawang bombay. Lalu tumis dg sedikit minyak hingga layu..
  5. Masukkan daging yg telah dimarinasi. Masak sampai daging matang merata, tidak perlu terlalu lama karena nanti dagingnya jadi keras..
  6. Beef yakiniku siap disajikan dengan nasi panas 😊.
