Yakiniku is a marinated BBQ grilled beef recipe. My husband and I were first introduced to this delicious meal on our first visit to San Francisco's. Yakiniku donburi is a Japanese rice bowl dish of sauteed beef and vegetables served over a bed of rice and garnished with sesame seeds.
Bahan membuat Beef Yakiniku
- 1/2 kg of daging sapi.
- 1 buah of bawang bombay.
- of Bumbu Marinasi.
- 4 siung of bawang putih.
- 1 ruas of jahe.
- 1 sdm of kecap inggris.
- 1 sdm of kecap asin.
- 1 sdm of saos tiram.
- 3 sdm of kecap manis.
- 2 sdm of minyak wijen.
- 1/2 sdt of garam.
Langkah Membuat Beef Yakiniku
- Potong daging setipis mungkin dan melawan serat biar tidak alot..
- Ulek bawang putih & jahe sampai halus. Kemudian pindahkan ke wadah dan tambahkan semua bumbu marinasi, aduk sampai rata..
- Masukkan daging yg sudah dipotong2 ke wadah bumbu marinasi, campur sampai rata kemudian diamkan di kulkas selama 1 jam..
- Setelah 1 jam, potong2 memanjang bawang bombay. Lalu tumis dg sedikit minyak hingga layu..
- Masukkan daging yg telah dimarinasi. Masak sampai daging matang merata, tidak perlu terlalu lama karena nanti dagingnya jadi keras..
- Beef yakiniku siap disajikan dengan nasi panas π.
