- 2 sdm of Gula merah.
- 1 sdm of Madu.
- 1/2 of Bawang Bombay Kecil.
- 1 sdt of Bawang Putih cincang.
- 1 sdt of Jahe cincang.
- 1 sdm of Minyak Wijen.
Langkah Membuat Beef Teriyaki Ez
- Masukan kecap asin, air, gula merah, madu, bombay, bawang putih, jahe dan minyak wijen ke dalam wajan. Aduk sampai gula larut..
- Nyalakan kompor, masak sampai sedikit mendidih.
- Masukan Beef slice. Masak sampai matang.
Use pre-cut "Stir-fry beef" to make things easy, but if you can't find it, beef top sirloin is a good choice. It's relatively inexpensive and cooks up pretty tender in the sauce.
