Langkah Membuat Chicken karage

  1. Potong ayam berukuran 3cm.
  2. Blender bumbu perendam..
  3. Campur bumbu perendam dg ayam. Biarkan minimal 4 jam.
  4. Siapkan plastik untuk tempat tepung.
  5. Masukkan ayam ke dalam tepung kocok2.
  6. Goreng pada suhu sedang sampai matang kecoklatan.
