- Dadar : Cairkan margarin, tuangkan telur yang sudah dikocok rata dengan garam dan gula. Ketika telur akan set,orak arik dengan bantuan sumpit, sisihkan..
- Tumisan daging : Tuang minyak dan tumis bawang bombay dan jahe sampai harum. Kemudian masukkan daging, kecap asin, dan gula pasir. Masak dan aduk sampai daging matang (jika dirasa belum matang bisa ditambahkan air 2 sdm)..
