This Beef Teriyaki is the first Asian beef recipe I had the kids try and it's since led to a large variety of recipes they enjoy. Stir the cornstarch, broth, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth. Make beef teriyaki with beef and homemade teriyaki sauce, tastes better than takeout.
Bahan membuat Beef Teriyaki
- of Daging sapi yang sudah direbus sebelumnya, potong sesuai selera.
- 4 buah of kentang, kupas, potong lalu goreng.
- 1 buah of wortel potong korek api.
- 4 siung of bawang putih.
- 1/2 buah of bawang bombay ukuran besar.
- 1 ruas of jahe bakar, geprek(optional, bila suka).
- 1/2 sdt of garam.
- 3 sdm of kecap manis.
- 2 sdm of kecap asin.
- 1 sdm of saus tiram.
- Secukupnya of lada bubuk.
- 1 sdt of saus sambal (indof**d, optional).
- 200 ml of air.
Langkah Membuat Beef Teriyaki
- Tumis duo bawang hingga harum, masukkan daging dan wortel, aduk, tambahkan air kaldu (air biasa juga bisa), masukkan bumbu-bumbunya seperti kecap manis, kecap asin, saus tiram, garam, lada bubuk, masukkan kentang yang sudah di goreng, aduk2, icip-icip. Masak sebentar dengan panci ditutup agar bumbu meresap. Matikan api, angkat, sajikan.
