Langkah Membuat Ayam Teriyaki with Brokoli

  1. Potong - potong paha ayam bentuk dadu, beri saus teriyaki dan 1 butir bawang parut. Ratakan bumbu, simpan dalam kulkas semalaman/minimal 30 menit..
  2. Potong brokoli sesuai selera lalu cuci (bersihkan) dan rendam dalam air garam 15 mnt. Rebus air secukupnya untuk rebus brokoli. Setelah air meletup-letup beri sedikit garam dan rebus brokoli selama 3-5 menit, tiriskan (air jangan dibuang), tata di piring saji..
  3. Tumis parutan bawang putih sampai harum, masukan mirin, tunggu sebentar kira2 10 detik sambil diaduk2. Masukan ayam tumis sampai ½ matang. Masukan saus tiram, kecap manis, kecap asin, totole, merica, air rebusan brokoli (dikira2 saja sesuai selera mau banyak/sedikit, kalau saya airnya setengah dari tinggi ayam). Test rasa..
  4. Saat ayam sudah hampir matang dan keliatan bumbu sdh meresap, masukan bawang bombay lalu larutan maizena, aduk2 sampai maizena rata/matang (agak kental ya, jgn kental banget) angkat, tuang ke brokoli, sajikan..
