Langkah Membuat Sapo egg tofu brokoli seafood
- Potong egg tofu, goreng sampai matang, sisihkan.
- Rebus brokoli dan wortel sisihkan.
- Panaskan minyak, dan minyak wijen, tumis bawang bombai sampai layu, tambahkan bawang putih, cabe, tumis sampai harum, masukkan udang,cumi,bakso, air, biarkan mendidih, masukkan brokoli, sawi hijau dan wortel.
- Masukkan merica bubuk, kecap asin, saus tiram, garam..
- Masak sampai sayur matang, masukkan egg tofu goreng, aduk rata, koreksi rasa. Angkat, hidangkan.
