Bahan membuat Cendol
- 1 bungkus of tepung hungkue hijau.
- 1 bungkus of tepung beras rose brand.
- 13 gelas of air.
- Secukupnya of pandan pasta.
- of Larutan gula.
- 1/2 kg of Gula merah.
- 1 liter of santan dari 1 butir kelapa.
Langkah Membuat Cendol
- Cairkan tepung beras dan hungkue dengan 3 atau 4 gelas air, tambahkan pandan pasta.
- Sisa airnya dipanaskan diwajan tapi jangan sampai mendidih, masukkan larutan tepung, aduk sampai adonan mengental dan kelihatan mengkilat.
- Cetak pada cetakan cendol, atau wadah berlubang, dan taruh pada wadah yang sudah diisi air bersih (sebagai rendaman cendol agar tidak lengket).
- Rebus gula dengan air sampai larut lalu saring, kemudian rebus lagi dan masukkan santan, biarkan sampai mendidih.
- Sajikan dengan air gula santan dan tape, mantap.
