Teriyaki (kanji: η §γηΌγ) is a cooking technique used in Japanese cuisine in which foods are broiled or grilled with a glaze of soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Teriyaki Chicken is a very popular Japanese dish and is so easy to make. The sauce is just a mixture of soy sauce, sake, mirin and sugar.
Bahan membuat Patin teriyaki
- 4 potong of ikan patin.
- of Bumbu iris :.
- 3 siung of bawang merah iris tipis.
- 2 siung of bawang putih geprek cincang halus.
- 3 bh of cabe ijo iris bulat.
- 1/2 bh of tomat uk sdng.
- of Bumbu pelengkap :.
- 1/4 sdt of kaldu bubuk.
- 1/4 sdt of lbh dikit lada bubuk.
- 2 sdm of kecap manis.
- 2 sdm of saus teriyaki.
- Sedikit of garam jk perlu.
- 250 ml of air.
Langkah Membuat Patin teriyaki
- Cuci patin, kucuri 1 sdm air lemon aduk rata. Tambahkan bubu ikan sy sdh ada stok (garam, bawang merah, bawang putih, ketumbar, kunyit & jahe dihaluskan ukuranta dsesuaikan dg bnyk sedikitnya ikan). Biarkan minimal 30 mnt.
- Goreng ikan sampai matang. Angkat, tiriskan.
- Pake wajan yg sama, tuang minyak, sisakan -/+ 2sdm, tumis bumbu iris, sampai beraroma & layu. Tambahkan air & semua bumbu pelengkap aduk rata, cek rasa. Biarkan mendidih. Masukkan patin aduk rata, tutup, kecilkan api. Niarkan bumbu meresap. Aduk balik. Angkat, pindahksn k piring saji..
