Bahan membuat Rendang Daging
- 800 gr of daging sapi yg telah dipotong dan dibersihkan.

- 3 of cabe rawit.
- 25 of bawang merah.
- 8 of bawang putih.
- 1 sdt of jinten.

- 5 butir of cengkeh.
- 3 butir of kemiri.
- 4 sdk of ketumbar.
- 1 sdt of merica.
- 1 ruas of jahe.
- 1 ruas of kunir.
- 1 ruas of laos.
- 1 sdm of gula.
- 1 sdt of garam.
Langkah Membuat Rendang Daging
- Potong dan bersihkan daging sesuai selera. Haluskan bumbu. Masukkan santan ke dalam wajan,tambahkan sereh, daun salam, gula merah dan bumbu halus masak hingga mendidih.
- Masukkan daging dan aduk hingga mendidih, kecilkan api. Masak hingga santan mengental.
- Masak hingga santan mengental dan empuk. Tiriskan.
